Curriculum at a glance
From AI fundamentals to brokerage leadership
-
Module 01
Designing AI Instruction for a Brokerage Audience
Understand how commission-paid independent contractors learn, design a thirty-minute sales-meeting session, a half-day office training, and a self-paced module around the transaction lifecycle, and write objectives that name a listing, showing, offer, or closing task the learner will do differently.
-
Module 02
Facilitating the Room and Teaching Responsible AI to Licensees
Run a brokerage room through resistance and interruption, teach verification with property-fact and market-statistic failures, teach the fair-housing boundary in listing copy and chatbots before any benefit, teach wire-fraud and voice-cloning awareness, and stay inside what you are qualified to say.
-
Module 03
Demonstrations, Labs, and Safe Practice Data
Design live demonstrations that fail gracefully, build lab packs from fictional listings and consumers rather than real records or a competitor's copy, run the listing-copy review lab and the comparable-analysis lab, and recover when a demonstration produces discriminatory or invented output in front of the room.
-
Module 04
Assessment, Learner Support, and Accessible Delivery
Write scenario assessments that test judgment on fair housing, disclosure, and unlicensed activity rather than recall, give feedback that changes behaviour, support the failing and the resisting learner, and make slides, handouts, captions, and recordings accessible across in-person, remote, and hybrid delivery.
-
Module 05
Instructor Ethics, Curriculum Currency, and the Teach-Back
State accurately what a course and a tool can do, disclose brokerage and vendor relationships, keep material current when a form, an MLS policy, or a market practice changes, correct an error already taught, and run the teach-back with its evaluation rubric.
