  1. Module 01

    Real Estate Prompting Patterns

Build structured, reusable prompts for listing, buyer, seller, and marketing tasks that supply verified property facts, forbid protected-class and value language, and end with a review instruction the licensee can check.

  2. Module 02

Listing Content: Descriptions, Media, and Fair Housing Review

Produce property descriptions from verified facts, run every piece of listing copy through a fair housing and state advertising check, and handle AI-generated or virtually staged images with the disclosure, MLS, and copyright rules they carry.

  3. Module 03

    Buyer and Seller Communication Workflows

Use AI to prepare buyer consultation materials that explain written buyer agreements, to summarise offers and showings for sellers accurately and completely, and to draft outreach that respects call, text, and email consent rules.

  4. Module 04

    Research, Verification, and Pricing Support

Use AI to organise research on property records, zoning, HOA documents, and rules while verifying every claim against the official source; support a CMA without letting the model form the opinion of value; and treat inbound emails and documents as untrusted input that may carry wire-fraud or injected instructions.

  5. Module 05

Professional Responsibility, Disclosures, and Audit Trails

Classify client and transaction data before it reaches an AI tool, keep AI away from the seller's disclosure duties and the agent's duty to disclose known defects, keep marketing within FTC and referral rules, and maintain an audit trail of AI use a broker or investigator can follow.
