    From Foundations to Practice: The Level 2 Operating Model

    Level 2 turns the foundations into a brokerage routine. This module triages a task before any tool sees it, runs an assisted task from verified facts to a deliverable a licensee has reviewed, questions a vendor accuracy claim before trusting it, and keeps the transaction AI use record while the work happens.

  2. Module 02

    Prompting Architecture for Listing, Buyer and Transaction Tasks

    A reusable prompt for brokerage work supplies the listing record, contract terms and rule text instead of asking the model to recall them, states the state, MLS, property type and side, writes advertising and fair housing limits into the instructions, refines drafts without losing facts, and treats instructions hidden in enquiries and documents as a risk to reduce.

  3. Module 03

    The Team Prompt Library: Governance, Versioning and Retest Triggers

    A shared prompt library turns one agent's good prompt into a team standard. This module gives every entry an owner and a version, tests it for accuracy, fair housing and advertising problems before release, retests it when a law, MLS policy, code, form or model changes, and supervises and retires entries under the broker's written policies.

    Controlled Drafting of Listing Descriptions From a Verified Property File

    A listing description is a licensee's representation, whoever typed it. This module builds a verified property file, drafts remarks only from that file, hunts down invented features, measurements and area claims, and sets the licensee's read before anything reaches the MLS, with state and MLS rules named by source.

    Fair Housing Review of AI-Drafted Copy, Neighbourhood Descriptions and Answers

    Fair housing law binds every advertisement and answer, however it was drafted. This module reviews AI copy and images against the Fair Housing Act and HUD's advertising rule, handles seller instructions and media choices, catches neighbourhood wording that signals race without naming it, and answers questions about who lives in an area.

  6. Module 06

    AI-Altered Photos, Virtual Staging and Image Disclosure Laws

    Listing images now pass through editing and AI tools before anyone sees them. This module classifies each edit under California's altered-image law, builds the disclosure and original-image link, carries both through MLS and vendor displays, applies Wisconsin's coming rule and New York's alert, and handles image rights and unratified data standards.
