Master AI Real Estate Agent Certification

Transform Your Real Estate Business with Artificial Intelligence

A vendor-neutral certification in applying artificial intelligence across the real estate client lifecycle safely, ethically, and with responsible human oversight.

Start with Level 1: AI Foundations for Real Estate

What this program is

A six-level learning pathway that takes you from AI foundations to MAREC master certification and, if you choose, to teaching the program. Each level is a separate course with its own curriculum, assessments, and independently verifiable certificate. Levels are completed in order.

It is education, not licensure. Each certificate is issued by AI Coalition Network and records that you completed that level. It carries no professional education hours or approvals, and it does not replace professional judgment, licensing, or the rules that govern your profession.

Independent and vendor-neutral

Learn durable methods that apply across brokerages, MLS environments, CRMs, markets, and technology platforms.

Fair housing and oversight

Use AI while preserving fair housing responsibilities, consumer protection, privacy, professional judgment, and accountable review.

A course, not a credential

The point is what you can do afterwards. Completing it earns a certificate we issue, with a public verification page, recording that you did the work — it carries no professional education hours or approvals.

Independent professional education

It is not a real estate license, does not replace state licensing requirements, and is not endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS, any multiple listing service, brokerage, or state real estate commission. No jurisdictional education hours or approvals are claimed.
