  1. Module 01

    Designing AI-Assisted Transaction Workflows

Map the transaction lifecycle from lead to closing, assign every task to an automated, AI-draft-and-review, or human-only tier by the rule that governs it, and write standard operating procedures with review gates a coordinator can run and a broker can audit.

  2. Module 02

    Brokerage Knowledge Bases and Retrieval

Build a governed knowledge base of forms, state rules, MLS policy, and brokerage policy that AI tools retrieve from, keep it current as forms and rules change, and test it against stale versions, wrong-state rules, and invented citations.

  3. Module 03

    Automation with Guardrails

Design lead follow-up, listing marketing, and document automations that enforce consent status, do-not-call scrubbing, fair housing targeting rules, brokerage identification on every output, and the exceptions that can never be automated.

  4. Module 04

    Integrations, Quality Assurance, and Escalation

Connect CRM, MLS, and transaction management systems with data minimisation and least privilege, sample AI output on a schedule against an error taxonomy that covers accuracy, fair housing, licence law, consent, and security, and define escalation paths to the broker, compliance, and counsel.

  5. Module 05

    Performance Measurement and Case Studies

Choose metrics that measure speed, accuracy, and fairness together without rewarding the wrong behaviour, then work through two case studies: a listing description automation that produced a fair housing complaint, and a property management arm that adopted algorithmic tenant screening without reading HUD's guidance.
