Curriculum at a glance
From AI fundamentals to brokerage leadership
-
Module 01
Agents and Orchestration in a Brokerage
Define what an agent may, must not, and may only with named approval do inside a brokerage, then build two orchestrations end to end: portal enquiry through consultation to a written buyer agreement, and listing intake through media to syndication, with every action scoped, gated, and logged.
-
Module 02
Integrations With the Brokerage Systems of Record
Write data contracts for every connection an agent uses across the customer database, the listing feed, transaction management and electronic signature, showing and access systems, and the accounting and commission stack, with minimum fields, read-only defaults, idempotent approval-gated writes, and redistribution limits.
-
Module 03
Approval Gates, Fair-Housing Review, and Role-Based Access
Design the approval gates for advertising, consumer contact, listing changes, and contracts, build a fair-housing pre-publication gate no automation can bypass, model roles across the broker, agents, unlicensed assistants, coordinators, teams, and service accounts, and build an override and kill switch anyone authorised can use.
-
Module 04
Injection Defence, Wire Fraud, Logging, and Monitoring
Treat consumer enquiries, listing remarks, seller documents, and inbound payment instructions as hostile input, build layered defences and an out-of-band verification boundary, log every agent action to a trail the broker can supervise and the agent cannot edit, and monitor for drift, cost, silent failure, and disparity.
-
Module 05
Incident Response, Return Measurement, and the Implementation Project
Adapt federal incident-response guidance to brokerage automation failures, rehearse the scenarios that actually occur, measure return honestly through a market cycle with seasonality and inventory named as confounders, and follow the seven-stage implementation method the capstone is built on.
