    Understand what licensed, experienced adults need before they will change how they work, write objectives describing observable performance, sequence a course so judgment is practised rather than asserted, and plan a session with a timing budget that survives a real room.

  2. Module 02

    Facilitation, Demonstrations, and Labs

    Run a live session without losing the room, deliver AI demonstrations on fictional data with a rehearsed fallback and narration rather than showmanship, and design hands-on labs that work when learners are on different tools, versions, and permissions.

  3. Module 03

    Teaching Responsible AI and Handling Difficult Questions

    Teach the limits of AI in insurance honestly and memorably, answer hostile and unanswerable questions without guessing or inventing authority, and describe what a bulletin, model law, or state regulation actually says, who it addresses, and what it leaves open.

  4. Module 04

    Assessment, Learner Support, and Accessibility

    Write questions and scenarios that measure judgment rather than recall, give feedback and remediation that changes behaviour, and produce slides, handouts, and recordings that work for learners with disabilities and for those reading in a second language.

    Keep a curriculum accurate as tools and rules change, hold to instructor ethics on conflicts of interest, vendor relationships, learner confidentiality, and the claims an instructor may never make, and prepare and deliver a teach-back scored against the instructor rubric.
