Curriculum at a glance
From AI fundamentals to agency leadership
-
Module 01
Agents and Orchestration in Agency Operations
Tell a prompt, a scripted workflow, and an autonomous agent apart, choose the least autonomous design that does the job, orchestrate multi-step agency work with explicit state and stop conditions, and write the automation charter that fixes scope and blast radius before anything is connected.
-
Module 02
APIs, Integrations, and the Agency Systems of Record
Read an API contract for write scope, irreversibility, rate limits, and retry behaviour; connect to agency management systems, CRMs, carrier portals, document stores, and mail without creating uncontrolled copies of nonpublic personal information; and design mapping, idempotency, and reconciliation.
-
Module 03
Human-in-the-Loop Approvals and Access Control
Design approval gates a licensed reviewer can genuinely use rather than rubber-stamp, apply least privilege to service accounts and machine identities across agency systems, and keep the producer of record in the loop whenever an automation contacts a client.
-
Module 04
Securing Automations, Monitoring, and Incident Response
Defend agentic workflows against prompt injection and tool abuse from client email and carrier documents, log and monitor an automation fleet so a wrong run is visible in minutes, and run an automation incident through containment, notification analysis, rollback, correction, and root cause.
-
Module 05
Return on Investment and the Implementation Programme
Measure automation value honestly against a baseline that includes licensed review time and remediation cost, manage a portfolio of automations through their lifecycle with retirement as a normal outcome, and run an implementation from pilot to production with stop criteria written in advance.
