  1. Module 01

    Designing AI-Assisted Agency Workflows

Map the policy lifecycle, mark where AI may assist and where licensed decisions stay untouched, write a standard operating procedure for each AI-assisted task, and assign every workflow a regulatory risk tier with proportionate controls.

  2. Module 02

Knowledge Bases and Retrieval for Insurance Teams

Build a document-controlled knowledge base of forms, endorsements, carrier guidelines, state bulletins, and procedures that a model can cite by edition; test retrieval for the ways insurance documents defeat it; and keep nonpublic personal and protected health information out of it.

  3. Module 03

Automating Routine Service and Claims Support

Automate certificate, endorsement, and billing request handling, renewal preparation, and first-notice-of-loss intake and status relay with classification, drafting, hard stops, and human approval before any issuance or transmission, inside unfair trade and claims settlement practices limits.

  4. Module 04

    Integrations, Quality Assurance, and Escalation

Connect AI to the agency management system, CRM, and carrier portals with read-only defaults, least privilege, human approval before writes, and full logging; run QA sampling with an insurance error taxonomy; and design escalation and complaint paths that meet unfair trade and claims practices standards.

  5. Module 05

Performance Measurement and Advanced Case Studies

Measure AI-assisted operations with service-time, error-rate, reviewer-load, escalation, and complaint metrics a principal and a carrier auditor both trust, then study a commercial lines renewal rebuild and a benefits retrieval deployment succeeding and failing.
