  1. Module 01

Governance and Accountability for an Insurance AI Programme

Write an AI programme scaled from what regulators describe for insurers, assign accountability by role with a decision record for every deployment and refusal, and read the regulatory map across states and lines, distinguishing law from guidance and insurer duties from producer duties.

  2. Module 02

    Vendor and Model Assessment

Assess AI vendors against the data security model law and the developing third-party data and model framework, ask for testing evidence and understand what validated means, and contract for feature releases, sunset, and exit so that the agency never loses control of a tool it depends on.

  3. Module 03

Security and Privacy Controls at Programme Level

Map every AI system to the information security programme using the strictest applicable cybersecurity regulation as the benchmark, defend the agency against AI-enabled social engineering and voice cloning aimed at policy changes and payments, and keep privacy notices and AI disclosures accurate and substantiated.

  4. Module 04

Advanced Applications and Complex Scenario Analysis

Apply AI inside a life and annuity best-interest framework and inside MGA and program administrator operations where the organisation is the decision-maker, and learn a method for working a multi-issue scenario across actors, obligations, data, tiers, controls, and records.

  5. Module 05

    Leadership, Independent Verification, and Implementation

Prepare for independent verification and examination using the regulators' own evaluation tool as a checklist, lead adoption across a licensed workforce with training by role and a culture in which anyone can raise a tier question, and build a twelve-month roadmap with honest executive reporting on risk, cost, and value.
