  1. Module 01

    Adult Learning for Practice Teams

Design teaching for people with a job, a queue, and good reasons to be sceptical: build each session backwards from one task, teach with the practice's own documents and invented cases, and know how the material must change for reception, referrals, billing, and clinical staff.

  2. Module 02

    Facilitation, Demonstrations, and Difficult Questions

Run a room of busy practice staff: demonstrate live without switching off a control or exposing real information, teach from the moment a demonstration fails, and answer questions about jobs, blame, and boundary pressure candidly rather than diplomatically.

  3. Module 03

Assessment Design and Evidence of Competence

Write items and rubrics that measure applied judgment rather than recall, observe practical skill checks reliably, and give feedback, remediation, and records that are useful to the learner and proportionate for the practice.

  4. Module 04

    Accessible and Inclusive Delivery

Produce materials people can actually read, run sessions people across shifts and sites can actually attend, write in plain language, and teach the communication-access duties a healthcare organisation carries while modelling them in the session itself.

  5. Module 05

    Instructor Ethics and the Teach-Back

Teach within honest limits: describe accurately what a course and a certificate are, declare conflicts and stay vendor-neutral, decline requests to teach outside your competence, and prepare and deliver a teach-back that stands up to observation.
