  1. Module 01

    Governance Structures and Accountability

Establish who decides what about AI in a medical practice, in writing: a charter sized to the practice, explicit decision rights, a use register that answers what is in use and why, and reporting that leadership can act on rather than admire.

  2. Module 02

    Vendor Assessment and Contracting

Assess an AI vendor past the sales deck: what it does with practice data, who sits behind it in the value chain, what agreement and incident obligations exist, what security evidence is real, and what happens on the day the vendor changes, fails, or is acquired.

  3. Module 03

Security and Privacy Controls at Practice Scale

Bring AI-assisted workflows into the practice's existing security risk analysis, specify access, authentication, encryption, and audit controls that apply to automated processes as well as people, and work through the analysis a practice performs when information may have been disclosed improperly.

  4. Module 04

    Regulatory and Ethical Risk

Read a rule and work out whom it binds, distinguish practice obligations from developer, payer, and clinician obligations, apply nondiscrimination and language-access duties to administrative AI, and hold the practice to honest public claims.

  5. Module 05

    Leadership and Implementation

Sequence an AI implementation across a practice, train and support staff who have good reasons to be sceptical, keep the programme funded and staffed for oversight, and report to partners in language that survives a hard question.
