Master AI Medical Practice Certification

Modernize Healthcare Operations with Responsible AI

A vendor-neutral certification in applying AI to medical-practice administration, communication, scheduling, revenue-cycle workflows, security, and operations with patient privacy and accountable human oversight.

Start with Level 1: AI Foundations for Medical Practices

What this program is

A six-level learning pathway that takes you from AI foundations to MAMPC master certification and, if you choose, to teaching the program. Each level is a separate course with its own curriculum, assessments, and independently verifiable certificate. Levels are completed in order.

It is education, not licensure. Each certificate is issued by AI Coalition Network and records that you completed that level. It carries no professional education hours or approvals, and it does not replace professional judgment, licensing, or the rules that govern your profession.

Administrative scope by design

Apply AI to practice operations without presenting a model as a clinician or delegating diagnosis, prescribing, treatment, or clinical judgment.

Privacy and oversight first

Build workflows around minimum-necessary access, approved systems, staff review, audit trails, escalation, and accountable ownership.

A course, not a credential

The point is what you can do afterwards. Completing it earns a certificate we issue, with a public verification page, recording that you did the work — it carries no professional education hours or approvals.

Practical capability

Apply AI across medical-practice administration

Improve patient experience and operational performance while preserving privacy, security, qualified review, clinical boundaries, and human accountability.

Patients and front-office workflows

Scheduling, reminders, intake, registration, FAQs, portal and telephone communication, accessibility, exceptions, and staff escalation.

Documents and practice knowledge

Policies, procedures, meeting records, training guides, approved knowledge resources, OCR, document search, permissions, and source verification.

Revenue-cycle operations

Patient statements, claim-status and denial workflows, authorization tracking, payment communication, dashboards, and qualified coding and payer review.

Quality and growth

Workflow maps, operational metrics, patient experience, improvement plans, responsible marketing, community outreach, reputation, and executive reporting.

Security and governance

Data classification, minimum access, authentication, encryption, vendor review, incident response, risk registers, business continuity, and audit trails.

Technology and leadership

Practice systems, interoperability concepts, secure integrations, narrowly scoped agents, adoption strategy, staff training, and measurable implementation value.

Independent professional education

MAMPC is an independent professional education program focused on administrative and operational uses of AI. It is not a medical, nursing, or other healthcare license or professional credential and does not replace physician or nursing judgment, clinical protocols, legal counsel, privacy or compliance review, payer requirements, or applicable law. The program does not teach diagnosis, prescribing, individualized treatment, clinical decision-making, or unauthorized coding and reimbursement guidance. AI-generated content requires qualified human review, and patient information must be handled through approved systems in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements. The program is not endorsed by any government agency, regulator, healthcare system, medical association, professional organization, or standards body. No professional education hours or approvals are claimed, and no clinical outcome, reimbursement, compliance, patient-experience, operational, or financial result is guaranteed.
