    From Foundations to Practice: The Level 2 Operating Model

    Level 2 turns the foundations into a working routine. This module triages a practice task before any tool is opened, runs an assisted task from source material to a reviewed output, reads a vendor's accuracy claims for who measured what, and keeps the AI use record while the work happens rather than afterwards.

  2. Module 02

    Prompting Architecture for Practice and Payer Tasks

    A reusable way to write practice and payer instructions: supply the policy text, form or administrative facts rather than asking the model to recall them, state payer type, state, date of service and plan year, constrain the output to administrative content, refine deliberately, and treat instruction-like text inside faxes and referral packets as data.

  3. Module 03

    The Practice Prompt Library: Ownership, Versions and Retest Triggers

    A practice prompt only stays safe while the world it was written for holds still. This module gives every library entry an owner, a data class and a version, ties retesting to real change events such as the fiscal-year coding guidelines and CMS manual revisions, and covers supervising, monitoring and retiring entries.

    Controlled Drafting From a Verified Patient File

    Build a verified fact file from the record and the practice system, draft only from it, and find what a draft invented, left out or smoothed over. Covers who must read the draft before it goes out, and why anything pertaining to clinical information belongs to the licensed clinician.

    Reviewing Referrals, Faxes and Outside Records Against a Checklist

    Extract referral packets, insurance cards and outside records into a fixed field list the practice owns, check every field against the source, and flag what the checklist does not cover. Covers recognising substance use disorder records, minimum necessary when routing extracted data, and the provider knowledge standard.

    The Signed Note: Reviewing AI-Captured Documentation Before Signature

    What a clinician checks before signing a note captured with AI: that it documents the care given, records what happened and nothing that did not, and supports what will be billed. Covers draft and version discipline, electronic signature protections, who may prepare what, and monitoring for occasional inaccuracies.
