  1. Module 01

Agents and Orchestration for Practice Operations

Specify agents whose scope is enforced rather than requested, orchestrate multi-step administrative work with explicit state and failure handling, and keep every automated step on the administrative side of the practice's boundaries.

  2. Module 02

    Interfaces, Identity, and Approval Gates

Connect automations to practice systems through defined interfaces, dedicated service identities, and role-based access sized to the specification, and place human approval gates where the approver has both the information and the authority to refuse.

  3. Module 03

    Adversarial Input and Defensive Design

Assume every fax, portal message, attachment, and payer page is hostile: defend against prompt injection, handle outputs as untrusted, prevent sensitive information disclosure, and limit agency so a successful manipulation reaches as little as possible.

  4. Module 04

    Logging, Monitoring, and Incident Response

Build audit logging that answers investigative questions, monitor for drift, anomalies, and silent failure, and run an incident response for an automation that contains, preserves evidence, escalates to the right people, and recovers deliberately.

  5. Module 05

Return, Continuity, and the Implementation Project

Measure what an automation is actually worth including the cost of oversight, plan rollback and continuity for the days the tools are unavailable, and specify a complete implementation project a practice could execute end to end.
