    Establish who decides what: a governance charter with decision rights and approval thresholds, a complete AI inventory including the tools nobody registered, and the workforce policy, training, and accountability that turn written rules into operating ones.

    Vendor Assessment, Contracting, and Oversight

    Take a dental AI product from demonstration to signed agreement and beyond: structured assessment of capability, data handling and security; business associate and data terms that let the practice meet its own deadlines; and oversight, change notification, and exit that work after the sale.

    Security and Privacy Controls for Dental AI

    Treat an AI deployment as a change to the practice's security posture: fold it into the security risk analysis, specify access control, unique identification, encryption and audit logging proportionate to the data, and run a disciplined incident analysis when something goes wrong.

    Regulatory and Ethical Risk
