    Level 4 opens with accountability: why operatories, providers, sites and a support organisation spread responsibility for AI until nobody holds it, what state supervision law and HIPAA place on named people, why the association documents are policy rather than law, and what a practice can never hand to a tool or a vendor.

    Writing the Practice AI Governance Programme

    How to write a governance programme a solo practice, a group or a support organisation can actually run: a permitted-use inventory and approved-tool list, decision rights and stop authority, review depth matched to patient consequence, and a programme that sits inside the compliance and security work the practice already maintains.

  3. Module 03

    The AI Decision Record and Surviving Owner and Staff Turnover

    How a practice records why each AI decision was made, by whom, on what evidence and what was rejected, so that an incoming associate, a new security official, a buyer, a payer reviewer or an investigator can reconstruct it years later, and how the triggers that re-open a decision keep the record alive.

    The Regulatory Map: What Binds the Practice, the Manufacturer, the Developer and the Payer

    A practice adopting AI is told a great many things bind it, and most of them do not.
