Master AI Dental Practice Certification
Build a Smarter, More Efficient Dental Practice with AI
A vendor-neutral certification in applying AI to dental-practice administration, communication, scheduling, treatment-coordination support, revenue-cycle workflows, security, and operations with patient privacy and licensed human oversight.
Start with Level 1: AI Foundations for Dental Practices
What this program is
A six-level learning pathway that takes you from AI foundations to MADPC master certification and, if you choose, to teaching the program. Each level is a separate course with its own curriculum, assessments, and independently verifiable certificate. Levels are completed in order.
It is education, not licensure. Each certificate is issued by AI Coalition Network and records that you completed that level. It carries no professional education hours or approvals, and it does not replace professional judgment, licensing, or the rules that govern your profession.
Administrative scope by design
Apply AI to dental-practice operations without delegating diagnosis, radiographic interpretation, prescribing, treatment planning, or clinical judgment.
Privacy and licensed oversight
Build workflows around minimum-necessary access, approved systems, qualified review, audit trails, escalation, and accountable ownership.
A course, not a credential
The point is what you can do afterwards. Completing it earns a certificate we issue, with a public verification page, recording that you did the work — it carries no professional education hours or approvals.
Practical capability
Apply AI across dental-practice administration
Improve patient experience and operational performance while preserving privacy, security, clinical boundaries, licensed review, and human accountability.
Patients and front-office workflows
Scheduling, reminders, intake, registration, recall, portal and telephone communication, accessibility, exceptions, and staff escalation.
Treatment-coordination support
Reviewed presentation materials, approved patient education, financial-discussion templates, consent-workflow records, follow-up, and qualified clinical review.
Insurance and revenue cycle
Eligibility and claim-status workflows, authorization tracking, patient statements, payment communication, denials, dashboards, and qualified coding and payer review.
Quality and practice growth
Workflow maps, chair and scheduling measures, patient experience, improvement plans, responsible marketing, community outreach, referrals, reputation, and reporting.
Security and governance
Data classification, minimum access, authentication, encryption, vendor review, incident response, risk registers, business continuity, and audit trails.
Technology and leadership
Practice systems, imaging-workflow and interoperability concepts, secure integrations, narrowly scoped agents, staff training, and measurable implementation value.

Independent professional education
MADPC is an independent professional education program focused on administrative, operational, communication, and business uses of AI. It is not a dental license or clinical credential and does not replace the judgment of a dentist, hygienist, assistant, specialist, or other qualified professional, or applicable clinical protocols, legal counsel, privacy or compliance review, payer requirements, or law. The program does not teach diagnosis, independent radiographic interpretation, prescribing, treatment recommendations, clinical protocols, unsupported CDT guidance, or reimbursement rules. AI-generated content requires qualified human review, and patient information must be handled through approved systems in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements. The program is not endorsed by any dental board, dental association, government agency, regulator, payer, healthcare organization, professional organization, or standards body. No professional education hours or approvals are claimed, and no clinical outcome, case acceptance, reimbursement, compliance, patient-experience, operational, or financial result is guaranteed.
