    From Foundations to Practice: The Level 2 Operating Model

    Level 2 turns the foundations into a daily routine for the dental office. This module triages a task before any tool sees it, runs an assisted task from source material to a reviewed output, reads a vendor accuracy claim for whose patients and which reference standard it came from, and keeps the AI use record while the work happens.

    Prompting Architecture for Practice and Benefits Tasks

    A reusable prompt for dental office and benefits work supplies the plan document, form, fee schedule and record facts instead of asking the model to recall them, states the state, payer, plan year and date of service, keeps output administrative, keeps licensed code text out, limits what is pasted, and builds the reviewer's check into the pattern.

  3. Module 03

    The Practice Prompt Library: Ownership, Versions and Retest Triggers

    Saved prompts become practice assets only when each has a named owner, a version, a review date and a recorded test. This module tests entries before release, sets retest triggers for code-set, board-rule, calling-rule, payer, form and model changes, supervises how the team uses the library, and retires entries that no longer hold.

    AI can pull health histories, insurance cards, benefit breakdowns, referral letters and outside records into a checklist. This module builds that checklist, finds what it misses, handles instruction-like text inside uploaded documents, limits what is pasted, and routes every medical-history item to the dentist before anyone acts.

    The Adopted Note: Reviewing AI-Captured Documentation Before the Dentist Signs

    An AI-captured note becomes the dentist's record only when the dentist has checked it. This module runs the pre-adoption read, keeps drafts, transcripts and audio in order, builds the sign-off record, routes preparation within each state's delegation rules, and treats a charting assist as an aid the dentist confirms.
