Responsible AI training built for dental-practice operations

Evaluate AI tools for dental-practice administrative use cases, limitations, patient privacy, security, vendor risk, and clinical boundaries.

Create reliable prompts and verification procedures for scheduling, communication, recall, documents, staff knowledge, reporting, and approved marketing.

Support treatment coordination and revenue-cycle workflows without fabricating diagnoses, treatment plans, radiograph interpretations, CDT guidance, payer rules, or reimbursement outcomes.

Design automations with minimum-necessary access, permissions, approvals, exceptions, audit trails, output checks, and human escalation.

  1. Module 01

Dental Workflow Design and Standard Operating Procedures

Map the patient and production lifecycle, classify every step as administrative preparation, licensed judgment, payer-owned determination, or hard stop, and write the standard operating procedure and risk tier that make the workflow repeatable across the whole team.

  2. Module 02

    Recall, Reactivation, and Chair-Utilisation Automation

Take recall, unscheduled treatment, and short-notice fill from one message at a time to a running operation, with consent and suppression logic, frequency and quiet-hours limits, sequence design, and an off switch that a coordinator can reach in seconds.

  3. Module 03

Practice Knowledge Bases and Grounded Retrieval

Assemble a controlled set of practice documents an assistant may answer from, with owners, versions, and effective dates; enforce a citation rule so every answer points at a document; and build a retrieval test set that catches stale, wrong-document, and unanswerable cases.

  4. Module 04

    Integrating Practice-Management and Imaging Systems

Specify an AI integration that starts read-only, lists every write with an approval gate and a rollback, runs under a least-privilege service identity, keeps imaging inside the clinical boundary, and produces a log a privacy officer can follow.

  5. Module 05

    Quality Assurance, Escalation, and Measurement

Close the loop on a dental AI operation: sample sent work against dental error codes with thresholds that stop the workflow, route symptoms, records requests, complaints, and legal contacts to people with a clock, and report operational measures the practice can evidence.

Independent professional education

MADPC is an independent professional education program focused on administrative, operational, communication, and business uses of AI. It is not a dental license or clinical credential and does not replace the judgment of a dentist, hygienist, assistant, specialist, or other qualified professional, or applicable clinical protocols, legal counsel, privacy or compliance review, payer requirements, or law. The program does not teach diagnosis, independent radiographic interpretation, prescribing, treatment recommendations, clinical protocols, unsupported CDT guidance, or reimbursement rules. AI-generated content requires qualified human review, and patient information must be handled through approved systems in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements. The program is not endorsed by any dental board, dental association, government agency, regulator, payer, healthcare organization, professional organization, or standards body. No professional education hours or approvals are claimed, and no clinical outcome, case acceptance, reimbursement, compliance, patient-experience, operational, or financial result is guaranteed.
