  1. Module 01

    Agency Prompting Patterns and Briefs

Build structured, reusable prompts anchored to the client brief, brand guide, and approved claims list, constrain them so the output stays truthful and on-brand, and govern them in a per-client library.

  2. Module 02

    Copy, Content, and Creative Production

Draft landing pages from substantiation sheets, write search content that platforms treat as helpful rather than scaled spam, and generate images, video, and voice with likeness, trademark, disclosure, and accessibility checks built in.

  3. Module 03

    Research, Verification, and Untrusted Input

Use AI for market, competitor, and policy research without letting it become the source of truth, read platform policies and regulator guidance with supplied documents, and treat scraped pages, reviews, and inbound email as untrusted input.

  4. Module 04

Email, SMS, Social, and Client Reporting

Draft lifecycle email and SMS that respect CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and the consent record; run social and creator work under the Endorsement Guides and the reviews rule; and write client reports from verified figures only.

  5. Module 05

    Data, Ownership, and Audit Trails

Classify client and consumer data before it reaches an AI tool and honour state privacy opt-outs; explain what the Copyright Office says about AI-generated work and what it means for deliverables; keep an audit trail and market the agency's own AI use honestly.
