    From Foundations to Practice: The Level 2 Operating Model

    Level 2 puts the foundations to work on a landscaping week. This module triages a task before any tool opens, runs an assisted task from site notes to a checked deliverable, questions a vendor accuracy claim for what was measured and on what, and keeps the job AI use record while the work happens.

  2. Module 02

    Prompting Architecture for Landscape and Grounds Tasks

    Level 1 taught the eight parts of a prompt. This module assembles them into a reusable architecture for trade work: layered prompts, region, season and site data supplied honestly, constraints that keep drafts out of qualified work, disciplined refinement, and design for instruction-like text pasted in from customers and suppliers.

  3. Module 03

    The Company Prompt Library: Ownership, Versions and Retest Triggers

    A shared prompt is a company tool, and it needs an owner, a version, a test and a review date. This module sets up owned, versioned library entries for estimating, proposals, notices, research and safety talks, tests them before release, names the changes that force a retest, and supervises and retires entries.

    Controlled Drafting From a Verified Site File

    A site document is only as good as the file it was drafted from. This module builds a verified site file with a status on every item, writes closed-file drafting instructions, trains the checker's read that catches invented plants, dimensions, prices and filled gaps, and sets the point where a first draft stops.

  5. Module 05

    Reading a Pesticide Label With AI Assistance

    An assistant can help a certified applicator find and restate what a pesticide label already says. It can never choose a product, a rate, a timing or a site. This module covers label-finding prompts, restricted use checks before scheduling, the supervised applicator's file, and the questions a model must be refused.

  6. Module 06

    Plant, Weed, Pest and Disease Identification With AI: What the Evidence Shows

    Identification apps have been measured on wild plants, regulated pest plants and crops, not on turf, ornamentals or tree pests. This module tests whether a figure transfers to your job, shows how to take photographs that help, routes every identification to a named confirmer, and keeps the evidence record.
