    Build structured, reusable prompts for estimates, schedules, research, and customer messages that supply the takeoff, spec sheet, label, or plan as the source, constrain the output, and end with a review instruction.

  2. Module 02

    Estimates, Proposals, and Change Orders

    Use AI to turn a takeoff into an estimate narrative, build a proposal schedule that says what is actually specified, and document hidden-condition change orders without assigning fault or bypassing the locate.

  3. Module 03

    Plant, Product, and Irrigation Research

    Research plants against the 2023 hardiness map and regional sources, read pesticide and fertilizer labels as documents rather than advice, and separate irrigation observations from licensed irrigation design.

  4. Module 04

    Customer Communication, Reviews, and Outreach

    Draft service notices, weather delays, and complaint replies with AI; use reviews, testimonials, and before-and-after photos within FTC rules; and run text and call outreach within the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
