Curriculum at a glance
From property assessment to landscaping leadership
-
Module 01
Advanced Applications in Design-Build and Grounds Management
Use AI for design concept narratives and renderings without over-promising, keep plant and irrigation specification with the qualified person, and analyse commercial and HOA maintenance contracts against their text.
-
Module 02
Complex Scenario Analysis
Work through storm response and emergency tree work near utilities, a pesticide misapplication and drift complaint with the state agency, and a drought-stage water-restriction season across districts, with AI confined to packets, drafts, and records.
-
Module 03
Governance, Accountability, and Leadership
Write the company AI governance policy on the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, fix accountability with a person of record for each qualified domain, and lead adoption across the office, the crews, and a seasonal workforce.
-
Module 04
Vendor Assessment, Security, and Privacy
Assess AI and field-service vendors on retention, training on inputs, subprocessors, autonomous actions, and security; implement multifactor authentication, role-based access, and locked fields for access codes; and apply the privacy duties that protect customer, property, and employee data and vary by state.
-
Module 05
Regulatory and Ethical Risk and Independent Verification
Map every regulatory touchpoint of AI use from FIFRA and OSHA to the FTC and the TCPA, examine the ethics of AI-assisted upselling, environmental claims, and vendor claims the company repeats, and run an independent audit-sampling programme over AI-assisted work.

It is not a government-issued landscaping, irrigation, arborist, pesticide, contractor, or business license and does not replace state or local licensing or qualified horticultural, arboricultural, engineering, irrigation, pesticide, environmental, accounting, legal, or safety review. AI outputs require verification for local climate, soil, property, plant, water, utility, product-label, manufacturer, and regulatory conditions. The program is not endorsed by the USDA, EPA, OSHA, any licensing board, regulator, irrigation authority, professional organization, landscaping association, or government agency. No jurisdictional education hours or approvals are claimed, and no plant survival, project outcome, profitability, compliance, or customer result is guaranteed.
