    Workflow Design and Standard Operating Procedures

    Map the lead-to-renewal workflow, mark every step where AI drafts and a person decides, write SOPs crews will follow on a phone, and build seasonal playbooks around the landscaping year and the H-2B calendar.

  2. Module 02

    Knowledge Bases and Retrieval

    Build a company knowledge base of labels, safety data sheets, spec sheets, hardiness lookups, SOPs, and property records so an assistant answers from documents, and explain why retrieving a label does not authorise an application or a design.

  3. Module 03

    Automation and Integrations

    Connect estimating, scheduling, routing, field-service, and accounting data so AI drafts from live records with minimum fields, read-only connections first, dispatcher override on every route, and no access codes anywhere a model can read.

  4. Module 04

    Quality Assurance, Risk Classification, and Escalation

    Classify every AI task by risk, run photo-based QA inspections and callback analysis with AI, and define the escalation path to the certified applicator, licensed irrigator, arborist, engineer, competent person, and one-call centre.

    Performance Measurement and Case Studies

    Measure what AI changed in estimate turnaround, route hours, callbacks, and margin per crew hour with honest baselines, then work through two fictional case studies: a maintenance company adopting AI routing and a design-build firm fixing plant substitution.
