Level 1 gave you the vocabulary and the boundaries. Level 2 puts AI to work on the tasks that fill a landscaping company's day: turning a site visit into an estimate narrative, writing a proposal that says which plants and materials are actually specified, documenting a hidden-condition change order, checking a plant recommendation against the current hardiness map, answering a customer who wants to know why the crew did not come in the rain, and drafting a toolbox talk on heat before a July start.
The course is organised around five workflows. Each one starts with a plain-language look at what a language model can and cannot do for that task, then a worked landscaping example built on fictional customers and properties, then a practical exercise you complete in your own tools. Every lesson names the point at which a qualified person must review the output, because in this trade the pesticide label, the applicator certification, the irrigation licence, the arborist, and the utility locate carry the accountability, not the software.
You will build a company prompt library for estimating, proposals, research, customer communication, and safety records; a verification routine that traces every AI statement about a plant, a product, a rate, or a rule back to the label, the map, the spec sheet, or the state agency it came from; and a record-keeping habit that shows an owner, an insurer, or a state inspector exactly how AI was used on a job. The final examination draws randomly from the full question bank and is scenario-based.
