Curriculum at a glance
From property assessment to landscaping leadership
-
Module 01
Agents and Orchestration for Landscape Operations
Define what an agent may, must not, and may only with approval do in a landscape company, then build orchestrations for lead intake through proposal and for recurring maintenance from schedule to invoice, with every action scoped, gated, and logged.
-
Module 02
APIs and Integrations: CRM, Field-Service, Routing, Accounting
Design the integration map and data contracts for CRM, field-service, routing, weather, irrigation controller, and accounting systems, with minimum fields, read-only defaults, idempotent approval-gated writes, failure behaviour, and monitoring.
-
Module 03
Human-in-the-Loop and Role-Based Access
Design approval gates for every field action that touches qualified work, pricing, or customers; a role model for office, crew leaders, seasonal workers, subcontractors, and service accounts with MFA; and an override and kill switch any authorised person can use.
-
Module 04
Prompt-Injection Defence, Logging, and Monitoring
Defend agents against instructions hidden in customer emails, review sites, and supplier PDFs; log every agent action to an audit trail the agent cannot alter; and monitor for drift, cost, and silent failure with alerts that reach a person.
-
Module 05
Incident Response, ROI, and the Implementation Project
Run incident response for automation failures with a NIST-structured runbook rehearsed on landscaping scenarios, measure return on investment with honest baselines, and follow the implementation method the capstone requires.
