    Design for a room that spans trades, field supervision, project engineering, and office staff; write objectives describing observable performance; sequence so field judgment is built through harder cases; and plan sessions for a classroom, a job trailer, and a start-of-shift talk.

  2. Module 02

    Facilitation, Demonstrations, and Labs On Site and In the Classroom

    Facilitate a mixed office and field session without losing either group, run demonstrations on fictional project data with a captured fallback for a connection that drops, and design labs that work on phones, shared tablets, mixed tool access, and paper.

  3. Module 03

    Teaching Responsible AI and Difficult Questions in Construction

    Teach the limits where they bite on a project, draw the licence, seal, and design-chain boundaries so learners can apply them, answer hostile and unanswerable questions without guessing, and be precise about what a code, standard, or contract says and where it applies.

  4. Module 04
