    Level 3 opens with the shift from one careful AI-assisted task to work a company runs across many jobs: why volume and handoffs change the risk, why a review done a hundred times fades, who owns an operation and may stop it, and why a measured baseline, not a claimed industry gain, comes before any redesign.

    Mapping a Bid, Submittal or Change Workflow Before Automating It

    How to map a construction workflow as it actually runs before adding AI: the undocumented steps and the person who quietly fixes things, the handoffs and review points, the contractual and statutory clocks no redesign may blur, and a measured baseline of time, rework and defects taken step by step.
