Professional AI training built for construction work

Evaluate AI tools for construction use cases, limitations, data security, safety, licensing, code, and professional-review risks.

Create reliable prompts and verification procedures for estimates, bids, scopes, schedules, project records, and customer communication.

Improve project documentation and coordination without delegating safety, design, legal, financial, or code decisions to a model.

  1. Module 01

Workflow Design and Standard Operating Procedures

Map a construction process step by step, decide where a model may read, draft, or compare and where only a qualified person may decide, write the procedure down so a new hire can follow it, and tier every AI task by the harm of a wrong output.

  2. Module 02

    Project and Company Knowledge Bases

Build a project knowledge base that answers from the executed contract, current drawing revisions, and specifications with citations and refuses superseded sheets; a company knowledge base of costs, methods, and lessons learned cleaned of owner identifiers; and a currency process for code, standards, and licensing references.

  3. Module 03

    Automation and Integration Boundaries

Automate field intake into action items and subcontractor compliance documents into expiry alerts, and connect AI to project-management, estimating, and accounting systems with explicit read and write limits, staged drafts, and per-action approval for anything that changes a record, a payment, or a message.

  4. Module 04

    Quality Assurance, Escalation, and Performance

Sample AI output with a construction defect taxonomy and re-performance, define escalation paths and stop rules that send code, engineering, safety, payment, and legal questions to the right person, and measure whether workflows help without gaming the numbers.

  5. Module 05

    Advanced Construction Case Studies

Work through three extended fictional cases, a prevailing-wage public project, a change-order dispute, and a site incident with a hospitalisation, and apply the level's procedures, tiers, boundaries, escalation, and records to each.
