Using AI well on a project and being able to teach it are different skills. Level 6 is for the people who will stand in a trailer, a training room, or a yard and be responsible for what superintendents, project engineers, foremen, estimators, and office staff go away and do.

The course begins with the learners, and construction learners are not one audience. A project engineer three years out of school, a superintendent with thirty years and a deep scepticism about anything that arrives on a screen, an estimator who works alone and fast, and a crew whose first language is not English are all in scope, sometimes in the same room. You will learn to design for that: objectives that describe observable performance, sequencing that builds judgment through progressively harder cases, and session plans that survive a room where half the people are on a call about a delivery.

The second module is delivery. Facilitating a mixed office and field session is a specific craft, and so is running a demonstration in a trailer on a connection that drops. You will learn to demonstrate on fictional project data with a rehearsed fallback and to narrate decisions rather than perform, and to design labs that work when learners are on phones, on shared tablets, and on three different tools with three different permission levels.

The third module is the responsibility. Teaching AI in construction means teaching where the confident wrong answer shows up: an invented code section, a cited standard that does not exist, a plausible clause reference, a summary that quietly resolves a design conflict. It means teaching the licence and seal boundary so that nobody leaves the room believing a drafted answer is a design decision, and it means being precise about what a standard, a code, or a contract actually says, who it binds, and in which jurisdiction.

The fourth module covers assessment, support, and access: assessing field judgment rather than recall, supporting learners who are struggling for reasons that are usually access or language rather than ability, and producing materials that work for people with hearing loss, low vision, limited literacy, or a second language, in an industry where all four are common and rarely discussed. The fifth covers keeping material accurate as codes adopt on cycles and tools change monthly, instructor ethics including vendor relationships and the claims an instructor may never make, and the teach-back itself.
