  1. Module 01

    From Foundations to Practice: The Level 2 Operating Model

    Level 2 puts the foundations to work on a contractor's ordinary day. This module triages a task before any tool opens, runs an assisted task from the project documents to a reviewed deliverable, reads a vendor accuracy claim for what was measured and on what, and keeps the project AI use record while the work happens.

  2. Module 02

    Prompting Architecture for Construction Documents

    A reusable prompt for contractor work declares the project, jurisdiction, delivery method and contract form, supplies the documents at their revision instead of asking for recall, and tells the tool to refuse when those documents are silent. This module builds that architecture, refines it, and defends it against instruction-like text inside the documents themselves.

  3. Module 03

    The Company Prompt Set: Ownership, Versioning and Retest Triggers

    A contractor's repeated prompts for estimating, documentation, field and customer work need an owner, a version, a test against a known answer before release, and a list of events that force a retest. This module builds that practice as this programme's recommendation, including how to supervise use and retire entries.

    Controlled Drafting From a Verified Project File

    Build the verified project fact file for a live job, write closed-file drafting instructions that stop a model supplying anything the file does not hold, trace every statement in a draft back to its document, and hold the line between a first draft and a proposal, letter or notice that a named person releases.

  5. Module 05

    Reviewing Specifications, Subcontracts and Submittals Against a Checklist

    Extract requirements from specification sections, subcontracts, purchase orders and submittals into a structured checklist a person verifies line by line, organise findings by the project's own classification conventions, compare terms against the prime contract, state what the checklist did not cover, and treat instruction-like text in supplied documents as a risk.

  6. Module 06

    Project Records, Versions and the Reviewer Sign-Off

    Keep project records that show how an AI-assisted document was prepared, what evidence it rests on and who reviewed it; name the drawing and specification revision each document was written against; write a sign-off that says exactly what was checked; and keep records for the periods the law already sets, so they can answer a question years later.
