    Governance and Accountability

    Write the charter that reserves code, engineering, safety, payment, classification, contract, pricing, and hiring decisions to named qualified roles; set acceptable-use, data, and disclosure policies; and trace accountability through the licence holder, the engineer of record, the design professional, the competent person, and the controller.

  2. Module 02

    Vendor and Tool Assessment

    Assess construction AI vendors on data ownership, training use, plan confidentiality, security, subprocessors, and exit; negotiate output ownership, indemnity, service levels, and update notice; and run pilots with a hypothesis, fictional data, measures, and kill criteria.

  3. Module 03

    Security and Privacy Controls

    Set the security baseline for a contractor's office, trailers, and field devices against the threats that target construction, including payment-diversion fraud; govern AI in hiring and workforce monitoring under the federal selection guidelines and worker-participation principles; and deploy AI systems securely.

    Regulatory and Ethical Risk

    Work through the specific ways AI puts a contractor on the wrong side of licensing and advertising law, unlicensed engineering, lien, bond, and prompt-payment rules, and the safety programme, with state-by-state variation named, and build the company's risk register.

    Leadership, Implementation, and Independent Verification

    Lead a phased implementation across office and field that respects how superintendents and crews adopt tools, run an independent verification programme that withstands an owner's audit or an insurer's questions, and apply a repeatable method to complex multi-issue scenarios.
