    Facilitation Across Shifts and Skill Levels

    Deliver the same session at ten in the morning and half past ten at night without it degrading, handle the sceptical expert, the silent room, the dominant talker, and the mixed group of office and floor staff, and teach responsible use so it survives contact with production pressure.

  3. Module 03

    Demonstrations, Labs, and Plant Safety

    Design a live demonstration built around a deliberate failure, build hands-on labs on fictional plant data that work at a workstation or on paper, and run both safely in a production environment where nothing produced may be mistaken for an instruction.
