Knowing this material and being able to teach it are different skills, and the gap is wider in a plant than almost anywhere else. Your learners are standing up. Some of them left formal education thirty years ago and remember it without affection. Some of them read English as a second language, or read very little, and are nonetheless the most skilled people in the building. Several of them are certain that this is how their job disappears. You have twenty minutes at shift change and a machine is waiting.
Level 6 prepares you to teach the Master AI Manufacturing Company Certification material to that audience, honestly and safely. It opens with adult learning as it actually applies on a shop floor: why relevance and immediate application matter more than structure, why experience is the resource rather than the obstacle, and why the fear about jobs is the first thing addressed rather than the last. It then covers facilitation across shifts and skill levels, running the same session at ten in the morning and half past ten at night without it degrading, and handling the room where the most experienced person present is openly sceptical, which is the room you want.
The third module is demonstrations and labs, which is where instruction in this subject either lands or does not. You will learn to design a live demonstration that shows the tool failing, to build hands-on labs using fictional plant data that can be run at a workstation or on a tablet at a planning desk, and to run a demonstration safely on a shop floor, which means never near a running machine and never with anything that could be mistaken for an instruction to an operator.
The fourth module is assessment and support: writing questions that measure judgment rather than recall, marking a capstone or teach-back against a rubric consistently, supporting the learner who is struggling and the one who is quietly not participating, and meeting accessibility needs in an environment with noise, personal protective equipment, gloves, shared terminals, and no quiet room.
The fifth module is the instructor's own integrity: answering hard questions about jobs, surveillance, monitoring, and the limits of what you know; keeping curriculum accurate when standards, regulations, and tools change under you; the ethics of the instructor role, including never overstating what a certificate is; and the teach-back itself.
The capstone is a recorded teach-back: a session you deliver, with your plan, your demonstration, your lab, your assessment items, and your reflection, judged against a published rubric.
