Responsible AI training built for manufacturing operations

Evaluate AI tools for manufacturing use cases, limitations, worker safety, data security, intellectual property, industrial-system risk, and professional-review boundaries.

Create reliable prompts and verification procedures for production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, inventory, training, reporting, and customer communication.

Improve operational documentation and analysis without delegating machinery control, safety, engineering, maintenance, quality, cybersecurity, or regulatory decisions to a model.

Automate repetitive office and plant workflows with defined data access, permissions, approvals, exceptions, audit trails, output checks, and escalation paths.

  1. Module 01

    Designing AI-Assisted Manufacturing Workflows

Map a workflow from trigger to approved record, assign a risk tier that scales the controls with the consequence, and write the escalation paths and stop conditions that route safety, export-control, customer-specification, and equipment questions to the right person.

  2. Module 02

    Maintenance Records and Reliability Support

Structure work-order histories so AI summaries are honest and traceable, draft preventive-maintenance checklists from OEM documents with energy isolation left to the authorised employee, and triage condition-monitoring alerts with the decision and any action reserved for people.

  3. Module 03

Supply Chain, Procurement, and Scheduling Support

Support supplier RFQs and procurement communication without disclosing customer drawings or preparing hazardous-material shipping papers, analyse shortages and alternate parts up to the point of engineering approval, and run scheduling scenarios that leave the schedule in the planner's hands.

  4. Module 04

Knowledge Bases and Retrieval on the Plant Floor

Build a knowledge base that contains only released document revisions, write retrieval prompts that cite document number, revision, and location, and connect AI tools to ERP, MES, QMS, and CMMS read-only on the business side of the boundary with the control network.

  5. Module 05

Quality Assurance, Measurement, and Case Studies

Test an AI workflow against a fictional golden set with written acceptance criteria before release, measure cycle time, error rate, review burden, and escalations afterwards, and apply the whole method to three fictional plants with different products, customers, and risks.

Independent professional education

MAMC is an independent professional education program. It is not an engineering license, safety certification, trade license, regulatory approval, or equipment qualification and does not replace qualified engineering, maintenance, quality, safety, cybersecurity, legal, accounting, or regulatory review. AI-generated outputs require human verification. AI must not independently control industrial machinery, bypass approved safety systems, authorize unsafe equipment operation, or enable unauthorized access to industrial systems. Equipment operation must follow approved procedures, manufacturer instructions, applicable requirements, and site-specific controls. The program is not endorsed by OSHA, NIST, ISO, ASME, IEEE, NFPA, any engineering board, manufacturing association, labor organization, accrediting organization, regulator, or government agency. No professional education hours or approvals are claimed, and no productivity, quality, safety, uptime, compliance, profitability, or return-on-investment result is guaranteed.
