    Level 4 opens with accountability: why a manufacturer spreads responsibility for AI across operations, quality, engineering, EHS, IT and the owner until nobody holds it, how to place it with named people for safety, product conformity, controlled technical data and company information, and what no tool, integrator or vendor can take off the company.

    Writing the Company AI Governance Programme

    How to write an AI governance programme sized to a plant with no legal department: the permitted-use inventory, data classes, decision rights, stop authority, supervision, records and review cycle, how it sits beside the quality management system without pretending a quality standard requires it, and the voluntary AI management-system standard as an optional frame.

  3. Module 03

    The AI Decision Record and the Evidence Pack

    How to record why each AI governance decision was made and on what basis, what a future plant manager, customer auditor, registrar, insurer or prime contractor would need to see, how to assemble the evidence pack before anyone asks for it, and how to keep the record alive when the people who made the decisions move on.
