    Governance and Accountability for a Manufacturing AI Programme

    Write the company AI programme, assign accountability by role with the separations that keep quality and security judgments independent, keep a decision record for every deployment and refusal, and build a one-page risk map of safety, quality, export, environmental, advertising, and customer obligations.

  2. Module 02

    Vendor, Model, and Embedded-AI Assessment

    Assess an AI vendor against plant data classes and security requirements, read testing evidence for what it can and cannot prove, and govern artificial intelligence embedded in machine tools, vision systems, and monitoring services that arrives by firmware update rather than by purchase order.

  3. Module 03

    Security, Export Control, and Fraud Defence at Programme Level

    Map every AI system to the plant security programme across the boundary between the enterprise network and the control network, keep export-controlled and controlled unclassified information out of uncleared tools, and defend accounts payable and supplier onboarding against synthetic-voice and payment-redirection fraud.

  4. Module 04

    Advanced Applications and Complex Scenario Analysis

    Apply AI inside quality decisions, engineering change, and first-article approval; work across a multi-tier supply chain where customer flow-down becomes supplier requirement; and learn a repeatable seven-step method for taking a multi-issue plant scenario apart and defending the answer.

    Leadership, Independent Verification, and Implementation

    Verify the programme independently and stay ready for a customer audit or registrar surveillance, lead adoption across shifts and supervisors who did not ask for any of this, and build a twelve-month roadmap with executive reporting that states cost and value honestly.
