  1. Module 01

    From Task to System in an Owner-Run Business

    Level 3 opens at the moment the owner hands AI-assisted work to someone else. It shows why a task that was safe when the owner did it once becomes risky when a helper does it forty times, why a good week breeds complacency, how to name who owns an operation when everyone does everything, and why your own baseline comes before any redesign.

  2. Module 02

    Mapping the Job From Enquiry to Paid Invoice

    Before any AI goes into a workflow, the owner maps the job as it actually runs, from first enquiry to paid invoice: the undocumented steps, the exceptions carried in someone's head, the handoffs, the waiting and the rework. The module then counts a baseline and shows why measured hours and reported hours so often disagree.

  3. Module 03

    Tiering Work by Consequence and Reversibility

    Not every AI-assisted task deserves the same check. This module builds a four-tier grid from "wrong and nobody notices" to "wrong and a customer is harmed or money leaves", with reversibility as the second axis, attaches check depth, checker, record and escalation to each tier, and names what pushes a task up a tier however small the volume.

  4. Module 04

    Writing a Procedure a New Hire Can Follow

    A procedure for AI-assisted work opens with its hard stops, what the workflow may never do, and then sets out the trigger, data class, tool, prompt entry, steps, check, escalation, record, measures and retest triggers. This module writes one for a newcomer, tests it by watching them use it, and borrows a plan-do-check-act rhythm without adopting a standard.

  5. Module 05

    Building a Business Knowledge Base a Tool Can Search

    A retrieval tool answers from whatever documents it is given. This module selects the price lists, policies, warranties, service areas, templates and past answers worth including, tags each by date, state, service line and version, gives every document an owner and a review date, and sets out what must never go in.

  6. Module 06

    Retrieval Failures: Stale Prices, Last Season's Terms, the Wrong State

    Why a tool searching the business's own files can still give a customer the wrong answer: a superseded price list, an expired promotion, another shop's hours, another state's terms, the wrong company or a competitor's promise. Instruction-carrying documents, the citation rule, the answer boundary and a fixed test set re-run after every change.
