  1. Module 01

    Triage: What This Task Is Before Any Tool Sees It

    Level 2 starts with the owner's working day. This module sorts each task before an assistant is opened, runs it along a fixed route from source documents to the owner's approval, explains why a tool can be strong on one task and weak on the next, reads a vendor's accuracy claim as a buyer, and starts the use record while the work happens.

  2. Module 02

    Prompting Architecture for the Tasks of a Small Business

    Level 1 introduced the six-part request. This module turns it into reusable architecture for daily tasks: source blocks built from the price list, terms and the customer's own words; the trade, state and date named every time; constraints with the arithmetic done outside the tool; disciplined refinement; and a request built to resist instructions hidden in pasted text.

  3. Module 03

    The Business Prompt Set: Ownership, Versions and Retest Triggers

    A folder of screenshots is not a system. This module builds a small, owned and dated set of saved requests, tests each entry against work the business already got right before it reaches a customer, names the changes that force a retest, and retires entries with the reason written down.

  4. Module 04

    Drafting From a Verified Business File

    A draft is only as true as the file it was built from. This module builds a verified business file with a source and a date on every line, writes closed-file instructions that forbid the tool from supplying a missing fact, reads a fluent draft for what was added, and sets the owner's read that turns a draft into something the business will stand behind.

  5. Module 05

    Quotes, Estimates and Proposals Built From Real Numbers

    A quote is a promise with numbers in it. This module builds quotes from the rate sheet rather than a tool's memory, recomputes every total outside the tool and ties it back, writes assumptions and exclusions that say what a quote does not promise, separates an estimate from a firm price, and presents the total and its fees honestly.

  6. Module 06

    Replies, Complaints and Refund Requests

    Customer replies are where an assistant is most tempted to be generous with promises the business never made. This module drafts replies from the policy the business actually has, keeps the tone steady under provocation, sets the triggers that hand a message to a person, and explains the three different state positions on telling customers they are talking to a bot.
