    The Decision Record and What Survives a Sale

    Recording why each AI decision was made and on what information, what a new manager, franchisor, insurer, lender or buyer needs to see, the payroll and employment eligibility records the law already requires at any size, and keeping the record alive, with a contrast to the deadlines set for businesses far above this size.
