About this level

Teaching agency professionals is a different job from doing agency work well. The people in the room are experienced, busy, sceptical, and already using AI tools their agency may not know about. Several of them are better at prompting than you are. Some are frightened about their jobs and will not say so. One will want to argue, and occasionally that person is right.

This level prepares you to teach the MAMAC material and the practice behind it. Adult learning looks at what actually changes behaviour in a professional audience: relevance to the work in front of them, immediate practice, and safety to be wrong in the room. Facilitation covers the mixed-skill cohort, the difficult question, the confident wrong answer, and the demonstration that fails live — which it will, because a model is not deterministic and a live tool is not under your control. Assessment design covers writing scenario questions that measure judgement rather than recall, marking with a rubric two people apply the same way, and handling integrity and remediation without theatre. Accessibility treats captions, transcripts, materials, contrast and pacing as part of competent teaching rather than an accommodation granted on request. Instructor ethics and curriculum accuracy covers what you may claim about the programme, what you must correct when a rule changes, vendor neutrality when a tool vendor offers you something, and how you handle learner data.

The level assumes you have completed the programme and practise what it teaches. It does not turn a weak practitioner into a good instructor, and it says so: the fastest way to lose an agency room is to teach a claims-substantiation rule you have never applied to a live campaign.

Completed session plan with an audience profile, three to five observable objectives, a relevance hook, a timed plan with protected practice and debrief and a marked planned cut, and a standing statement naming what the instructor is not.
Accessible deck and handout with real structure, text alternatives, no meaning in colour alone and verified contrast, plus a record of advance distribution, the accessibility question and who handled it, captioning arrangements, and the venue or platform check.
Demonstration card with exact input, expected output, three divergence responses, a prediction and debrief question, and a captioned recorded fallback, together with an account of what actually happened on the day.
Assessment package: either six tested scenario items with distractors and explanations, or a rubric with four to six criteria, weights totalling 100 and distinguishable level descriptions, plus the scoped integrity expectation and evidence the standard was given in advance.

Who it is for
