  1. Module 01

    How Lawyers Learn, and Why the Lecture Fails

    The instructor tier opens with the audience: expert, sceptical, time-poor lawyers used to being the smartest person in the room. Why a slide lecture about AI changes almost nothing a lawyer does on Monday, how to report what you see in a room without dressing it up as research, and why training exists to build competence rather than awareness.

  2. Module 02

    Designing a Session Backwards From the Behaviour

    Design a session in reverse. Name the one thing a learner must do differently at their desk, build the practice that rehearses it on fictional material, add only the explanation that practice needs, and decide in advance what evidence will show the behaviour actually happened.

  3. Module 03

    Curriculum Accuracy and Keeping Material Current

    The instructor's accuracy duty. Legal AI material goes stale in months, and an instructor who teaches a superseded or overstated rule repeats the error in every learner. Date every claim, keep a currency log, review on a schedule and on triggers, and retract openly when something was taught wrongly.

    Designing a live demonstration that deliberately shows the tool failing: a fabricated citation, a confident wrong answer, and a result that changes when the question is asked again. Reporting the published hallucination figures only as measured, staging failures honestly, and knowing what to do when the tool refuses to fail on cue.

    Designing Hands-On Labs on Fictional Matters

    Designing hands-on labs that legal professionals take seriously: building fictional matters realistic enough to demand judgement, keeping every real client's material out, writing tasks that rehearse the behaviour learners will use on Monday, and running a debrief that turns what went wrong into the lesson.
