How this one is meant to be worked through, in the author's own words:
1. Read the Introduction and Chapters 4 to 7 first, in order. Those are the four rules, and everything after them assumes them.
2. Already selling? Start with Chapter 21, then Chapter 24, then Chapter 35 - the search you have not been doing, the sample you have not ordered, and the takedown you are not prepared for.
3. Write Resources 27 and 28 before publishing anything else. They will not be written at midnight with a design ready and a batch half uploaded.
4. Search every phrase on the official register of every country you sell into, in the classes covering your products, and record the result with a dated screenshot - including when it comes back clean.
5. Order a sample of everything you list, with a real design on it, and send one to a different address so you see the packaging as a customer does.
6. Measure the garment flat yourself and publish your own measurements. Almost nobody does, and fit is the largest cause of returns.
7. Publish production time and shipping time as two separate numbers. Compressing them is the origin of the most common complaint in this trade.
8. Every figure in the book is blank for completion. Fill in your own using Resources 30, 31, and 32.
Written to be used rather than skimmed. Every financial figure is left blank on purpose, and anything touching law, tax, insurance or data protection is written as questions for a qualified professional rather than answers.
