How this one is meant to be worked through, in the author's own words:

1. Read the Introduction and Chapters 4 to 7 first, in order. Those are the four rules, and everything after them assumes them.
2. Already selling personalized work? Start with Chapter 19, then Chapter 18, then Chapter 23 - the proof that could not have caught the error, the personalization that was retyped, and the waste rate nobody has costed.
3. Write Resources 27 and 28 before taking any more work. They will not be written at midnight with a deadline and a nice customer on the other end.
4. Rebuild your proof this week and add the read-back. Ask the customer to type the name back before anything is made.
5. Stop retyping personalizations. Copy and paste from the customer's original message at every step, and compare against that original message at setup.
6. Ask every blank's manufacturer what it is made of and what it is for. Where they will not say, you do not claim it.
7. Every figure in the book is blank for completion. Fill in your own using Resources 21, 30, and 31.
8. The book states no machine setting, material property, price, or law. Settings come from your own testing and your equipment manufacturer; material and intended-use questions from the blank's manufacturer; legal questions from a qualified attorney; tax and employment questions from a qualified accountant.

Written to be used rather than skimmed. Every financial figure is left blank on purpose, and anything touching law, tax, insurance or data protection is written as questions for a qualified professional rather than answers.
