How this one is meant to be worked through, in the author's own words:

1. Read Part One in order. Chapters 5 to 8 are the four rules in full and everything later depends on them — particularly the interaction between rule two and rule four, which is where the risk sits.
2. Ask who picks it up when the bot cannot answer, and in what hours, in the first conversation. Treat a vague answer as a disqualification rather than a detail to settle later.
3. Never launch without a handoff tested during hours, outside hours and at a weekend, with the dates recorded.
4. Nothing enters the knowledge base without a source, a named owner and an approval date. Anything containing a price, a promotion or a seasonal detail gets an expiry date rather than a review date.
5. Get the refusal wording approved in writing, by a named person, before launch. It is the sentence the business will be judged on.
6. Build the adversarial test set from real customer phrasings and re-run it after every knowledge base change. A pass that found nothing was not adversarial enough.
7. Read every conversation every week and write down how long it took. That measured number sets your price, your capacity and your ceiling.
8. Never sell a tier below weekly reading. Reduce the question scope instead.

Written to be used rather than skimmed. Every financial figure is left blank on purpose, and anything touching law, tax, insurance or data protection is written as questions for a qualified professional rather than answers.
