About the Role
LocalLandscape.Services runs a 24/7 AI assistant that fields homeowner questions about pricing, scheduling, and service areas on behalf of local landscapers. You'll keep that assistant accurate, scoped, and safe from quoting unauthorized prices.
You'll work on per-contractor retrieval (the assistant only answers from that landscaper's approved content), pricing-guard refusals, and the handoff-to-human flow that kicks in whenever something falls outside the contractor's approved answers.
Ideal candidate: has shipped constrained RAG applications and understands that "close enough" pricing can damage a small business's reputation.
